The company also explained in the statement that it doesn&#8217;t support the issues that Kalinowski brought up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 leading-7 text-[18px] md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0 charcoal-color\">&#8220;We believe our agreement with the Pentagon creates a workable path for responsible national security uses of AI while making clear our red lines: no domestic surveillance and no autonomous weapons,&#8221; the OpenAI statement read.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 leading-7 text-[18px] md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0 charcoal-color\">Kalinowski&#8217;s resignation may be the most high-profile fallout from OpenAI&#8217;s decision to sign a deal with the Department of Defense.
